Phase One
Great travel begins long before you board the plane. I work through every element of your trip in advance — flights, transfers, accommodation, activities, and timing — so that by the time you leave, every detail has been thought through and confirmed.
You'll receive a comprehensive travel document with everything in one place: itinerary, booking confirmations, local contacts, packing tips, and destination notes tailored to your specific trip.
Phase Two
The best restaurants in the world are often the hardest to book — and the most worthwhile. I handle dining reservations as part of the planning process, drawing on advisor relationships and network access to secure tables at sought-after spots.
Whether it's a Michelin-starred tasting menu in Tokyo, a cliffside lunch in Positano, or a private chef experience in Marrakech, I'll make the reservation, communicate any dietary needs, and ensure you arrive expected and well looked after.
Phase Three
Travel doesn't always go to plan. Flights get delayed, hotels get details wrong, weather closes a route. When something comes up, you shouldn't have to navigate it alone from a foreign country on hold with a call center.
